The Direct Registration System (DRS) is a service within the securities industry that allows your shares of New York Registry (NY Registry Shares) of Unilever to be held in your name and tracked electronically. You retain full ownership of your NY Registry Shares, without having to hold a certificate to evidence your NY Registry Shares.
