Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21218-2695 (“JHU”) and TOKAI PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Delaware corporation having an address at One Broadway, 14th Floor, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02142 (“LICENSEE”).
