This REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is made as of [—], 2015, by and among (i) Black Knight Financial Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), (ii) Black Knight Holdings, Inc. a Delaware corporation (f/k/a Black Knight Financial Services, Inc.)
