Meritage Homes Corporation (the “Company”) is pleased to offer you the position of Executive Vice President effective as of March 31, 2015. We anticipate that you will be appointed Chief Operating Officer in April 2015, following approval of the Board. Upon appointment as Chief Operating Officer, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and shall perform such duties as are associated with that position and as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.
