THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of April 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Commerce Union Bancshares, Inc., a Tennessee corporation and registered bank holding company (“Company” or, as appropriate, “Employer”) and William Ronald (Ron) DeBerry, a resident of the State of Tennessee (“Executive”). Company and Executive are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties,” and each is sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party.”
