This Fund Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of June I 0, 2004, is made by and among Pacific Life Insurance Company (“Company”), One Group® Investment Trust (the “Trust”), the Trust’s investment advisor, Banc One Investment Advisors Corporation (the “Adviser”), and the Trust’s administrator, One Group Administrative Services, Inc. (the “Administrator”).
