AMENDED AND RESTATED DISTRIBUTION & MARKETING SUPPORT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), signed as of August 8, 2014 and effective as of May 1, 2014 (the “Effective Date”), between Pacific Select Distributors, Inc.
