THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of April 23, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between BKFS I Management, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Kirk Larsen (the “Employee”) and amends and restates that certain employment agreement between the Company and Employee dated as of December 1, 2013 and amended and restated employment agreement dated as of January 3, 2014.
