This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [DATE] by and between Baozun Inc., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of the Cayman Islands (the “Company”) and [NAME OF EMPLOYEE], an individual (the “Executive”).
