THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED AGREEMENT OF LIMITED PARTNERSHIP OF NEW SOURCE ENERGY PARTNERS L.P. dated as of May 8, 2015, is entered into at the direction of the Board of Directors of New Source Energy GP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the general partner of New Source Energy Partners L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, pursuant to authority granted to it in Section 13.1 of the First Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of New Source Energy Partners L.P., dated as of February 13, 2013, as amended to date.
