THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (“Contract”) is made among GUIDESTONE FUNDS, a Delaware business trust (“Trust”), and GUIDESTONE CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, LLC (“Adviser”), a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, and PARAMETRIC PORTFOLIO ASSOCIATES LLC, a registered investment advisor organized under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Sub-Adviser”).
