THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO CLASS A(2010-C) TERMS DOCUMENT (this “Amendment”), by and between DISCOVER CARD EXECUTION NOTE TRUST, a statutory trust created under the laws of the State of Delaware, as Issuer (the “Issuer”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America, as Indenture Trustee (the “Indenture Trustee”), is made and entered into as of May 29, 2015.
