AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT AND PARTIAL RELEASE, dated as of June 11, 2015 (this “Amendment”), to the Second Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement dated as of December 31, 2013 (as amended prior to the date hereof, the “Loan Agreement”), between and among, on the one hand, the lenders from time to time party thereto (such lenders, together with their respective successors and assigns, are referred to hereinafter each individually as a “Lender” and collectively as the “Lenders”), WELLS FARGO CAPITAL FINANCE, LLC, a California limited liability company, as successor in interest to Wells Fargo Capital Finance, Inc.
