This Change in Control Severance Agreement (the “Agreement) is made and entered into by and between Roy David Beaver III (Executive”) and UWHARRIE CAPITAL CORP., a North Carolina corporation (the “Company”), effective as of January 1, 2015 (the “Effective Date”).
