This Third Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Loan Agreement (this “Amendment”) is dated June 29, 2015, by and among: (i) RTI Surgical, Inc., a Delaware corporation formerly known as RTI Biologics, Inc. (“Borrower”); (ii) TD Bank, N.A., a national banking association, as administrative agent for the Lenders (in such capacity, including any successor thereto, the “Administrative Agent”); and (iii) each of the Lenders from time to time party to the Loan Agreement.
