AGREEMENT made as of February 27, 2015, between EQUINOX FUNDS TRUST, a Delaware Statutory Trust (herein called the “Trust”) on behalf of the series of the Trust set forth on Schedule A to this Agreement (the “Fund”), and EQUINOX INSTITUTIONAL ASSET MANAGEMENT, LP, a Delaware Limited Partnership (herein called the “Investment Adviser”).
