Box 399) Garden City, Kansas 67846, hereinafter referred to as “Purchaser”), and LOS ALAMOS NATIONAL BANK, a national banking association, whose address is 6700 Jefferson St NE, Suite D-1, Albuquerque, NM 87109 (hereinafter referred to as (“Seller”).
