This EMPLOYEE MATTERS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of July 31, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), is by and between JDS Uniphase Corporation, a Delaware corporation which is anticipated to be renamed Viavi Solutions, Inc.
