THIS AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO COLLABORATION, DEVELOPMENT AND LICENSE AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of August 11, 2015, by and between ZP Opco, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Zosano”), and Eli Lilly and Company (“Lilly”).
