This Amended and Restated Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), is made and entered into on the 28th day of August, 2015, but is effective as of the 1st day of June, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), between Crestwood Operations LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Employer”), and Heath Deneke (“Employee”), and amends and restates in its entirety the employment agreement entered into by and between Employer and Employee dated January 21, 2014 (the “Prior Employment Agreement”).
