THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 10th day of September 2015, by and between Unilife Corporation (“Unilife”) and Dennis P. Pyers (“Pyers”). The term “Unilife” shall include its subsidiaries, affiliates, assigns and successors in interest under Sections 7, 8, and 13.
