THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 10th day of September, 2015 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Lifetime Brands, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an address at 1000 Stewart Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530 (the “Company”) and Laurence Winoker, an individual residing at the address set forth in Section 12 hereof (the “Executive”).
