This FORBEARANCE AND AMENDMENT NO. 3 to FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this “Amendment”) is entered into as of September 10, 2015 and is made by and between SILICON VALLEY BANK, a California banking corporation (“Bank”) and IKANOS COMMUNICATIONS, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Borrower”).
