THIS FIRST AMENDED AND RESTATED REGISTRATION RIGHTS AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of October 1, 2015, between Civitas Solutions, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and NMH Investment, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Holdings”).
