THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 30th day of June, 2015, by and between THE GLENMEDE FUND, INC., a Maryland Corporation (the “Company”) and QUASAR DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”). SEGALL BRYANT & HAMILL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the investment advisor to each series of the Company listed on Exhibit A hereto (the “Advisor”), is a party hereto with respect to Sections 3 F., 6 and 13 only.

This Amendment to the Administration Agreement (the “Amendment”) is made as of July 14, 2015 by and between The Glenmede Fund, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Maryland (the “Fund”) and State Street Bank and Trust Company, a Massachusetts trust company (“State Street” or the “Administrator”).
