(the “Purchaser” and collectively with the Parent, the “Purchaser Parties”), Silanis Technology Inc. (the “Corporation”) and Silanis International Limited (“SIL” and collectively with the Corporation and Silanis Canada Inc., the “Silanis Companies”). The Silanis Companies, the Supporting Party and the Purchaser Parties are hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”.
