This CREDIT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of November 6, 2015, among STARBUCKS CORPORATION, a Washington corporation (the “Company”), each lender from time to time party hereto (collectively, the “Lenders” and individually, a “Lender”), WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as an L/C Issuer, CITIBANK, N.A., as an L/C Issuer and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., as Administrative Agent, Swing Line Lender and an L/C Issuer.
