This CREDIT AGREEMENT is dated as of November 30, 2015, and entered into by, between and among BEASLEY MEZZANINE HOLDINGS, LLC (“Borrower”), the Lenders (as defined below), the L/C Issuers (as defined below) and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (“U.S. Bank”), as administrative agent and collateral agent for the Lenders and the L/C Issuers (in such capacity, and together with its successors and permitted assigns, “Administrative Agent”).
