THIS RESTRICTED STOCK AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of December 31, 2015 (the “Grant Date”), by and between LSB INDUSTRIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Daniel D. This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of this 30th day of December, 2015 to be effective December 31, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between LSB Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”), and Daniel D. Greenwell, an individual (the “Executive”).
