This LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) of ADF Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), is adopted, executed and agreed to by Calumet Lubricants Co., Limited Partnership, an Indiana limited partnership and the sole member of the Company (the “Sole Member”), effective as of December 31, 2015.
