American Airlines, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), proposes that Wilmington Trust Company, a Delaware trust company (“WTC”), acting not in its individual capacity but solely as pass through trustee (the “Trustee”) under the Pass Through Trust Agreement, dated September 16, 2014 (the “Basic Agreement”), as supplemented for the Company’s Pass Through Certificates, Series 2016-1AA (the “Class AA Certificates”), the Company’s Pass Through Certificates, Series 2016-1A (the “Class A Certificates”) and the Company’s Pass Through Certificates, Series 2016-1B (the “Class B Certificates” and, together with the Class AA Certificates and the Class A Certificates, the “Certificates”) to be purchased hereunder by a Trust Supplement No. 2016-1AA (the “Class AA Trust Supplement”), a Trust Supplement No. 2016-1A (the “Class A Trust Supplement”) and a Trust Supplement No. 2016-1B (the “Class B Trust Supplement”), respectively, each between the Company and the Trustee (the Basic Agreement,
