This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this 14th day of January, 2016 effective as of December 31, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between LSB Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together with its successors and assigns, the “Company”), and Mark Behrman, an individual (the “Executive”).
