This EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is between MML Investment Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Manager”), and MassMutual Select Funds, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Trust”), effective as of the 1st day of February, 2016.
