THIS SECOND AMENDED AND RESTATED TRANSFER AGENCY AND SERVICE AGREEMENT made as of the 31st day of August, 2015, by and between Russell Investment Funds, a Massachusetts business trust, having its principal office and place of business at 1301 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101 (the “Fund”), and Russell Fund Services Company (“RFSC”), a Washington corporation having its principal office and place of business at 1301 Second Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101 (the “Transfer Agent”) amends and restates in its entirety the Amended and Restated Transfer Agency and Service Agreement dated January 1, 2008, as amended.
