(“JPMIM” and, together with the Fund, the “Fund Parties”) and RiverNorth Capital Management, LLC (“RNCM”), RiverNorth Capital Partners, L.P. (“RNCP”) and RiverNorth Institutional Partners, L.P. (“RNIP” and, together with RNCM, RNCP and RNIP the “RiverNorth Parties”).
