This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AND NON-COMPETITION AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of February 15, 2016 by and between PowerSecure, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Ronnie Brannen, an individual who presently resides in the State of Georgia at the address set forth on the Signature Page (“Employee”).
