AGREEMENT made this 1st day of January, 2016, by and between Aberdeen Asset Managers Limited, a Scottish company (the “Subadviser”), and MetLife Advisers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”).

This Amendment No. 1 to the Amended and Restated Management Fee Waiver Agreement (the “Fee Waiver Agreement”), dated May 1, 2015, by and between MetLife Advisers, LLC (the “Adviser”) and Met Investors Series Trust (the “Trust”) on behalf of each series of the Trust listed in Section 1 of the Fee Waiver Agreement (each, a “Portfolio,” and collectively, the “Portfolios”), is entered into effective the 1st day of January 2016.
