THIS PERFORMANCE SHARE GRANT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of the Award Date shown above by People’s United Financial, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and its subsidiaries (the “Company”), and is hereby communicated to the employee named above (the “Employee”).
