INDENTURE dated as of March 29, 2016 among INTELSAT JACKSON HOLDINGS S.A., a société anonyme existing under the laws of Luxembourg (the “Issuer”), INTELSAT (LUXEMBOURG) S.A., a société anonyme existing under the laws of Luxembourg (“Intelsat Luxembourg” or the “Parent Guarantor”), the subsidiary guarantors named herein (the “Subsidiary Guarantors” and, together with the Parent Guarantor, the “Guarantors”), and WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, as trustee (the “Trustee”).
