This Fund Participation Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective as of October 1, 2015 is made by and among Jefferson National Life Insurance Company of New York (“Company”), JPMorgan Insurance Trust (the “Trust”), the Trust’s investment advisor, J. P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. (the “Adviser”), and the Trust’s administrator, JPMorgan Funds Management, Inc. (the “Administrator”).
