This is a YRT agreement for indemnity reinsurance (the “Agreement”) solely between Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company of Springfield, Massachusetts, MML Bay State Life Insurance Company of Enfield, Connecticut and C.M. Life Insurance Company of Enfield, Connecticut (collectively the “Ceding Company”) and Hannover Life Reassurance Company of America of Orlando, Florida (the “Reinsurer”).
