THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into as of this 1st day of May, 2015 by and among Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Company (hereinafter “Company”), a New York life insurance company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Separate Account(s) (the “Account(s)”) as set forth on Schedule A hereto; Voya Investors Trust, and Voya Strategic Allocation Portfolios, Inc., open-end management investment company and business trusts organized under the laws of each entity’s state of Domicile (hereinafter the “Trusts”); and Voya Investments Distributor, LLC (hereinafter the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company.

Additional Compensation Addendum (“Addendum”) effective this 1st day of May, 2015 by and between Voya Investments, LLC (“Administrator”) and Voya Investments Distributor, LLC (“Distributor”), and Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Company (“Company”).
