This Class Action Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made this 2nd day of May, 2016, by and between each of the investment companies and other pooled investment vehicles, on behalf of itself and its portfolios listed on Appendix A attached hereto, as such Appendix may be amended from time to time (the “Client”) and STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a bank and trust company organized under the laws of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts (“State Street”).
