FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE, dated as of May 12, 2016, between EQUIFAX INC., a Georgia corporation (the “Issuer”), having its principal office at 1550 Peachtree Street, N.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30309, and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as trustee (the “Trustee”), having its Corporate Trust Office at 1349 W.
