THIS SPONSOR AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), dated as of , 2016, is made by and between WGC USA Asset Management Company, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sponsor”), and the Global Currency Gold Trust, a statutory trust organized under the laws of Delaware (the “Trust”), both for itself and on behalf of each of its currently operating series set forth on Schedule A to this Agreement (each, a “Fund” and collectively, the “Funds”), as such Schedule may be amended from time to time.
