THIS POSTING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 24th day of February 2016, between StartEngine Crowdfunding, Inc. (“StartEngine”), a Delaware corporation, and a Ength Degree LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Company”), to act as the Company’s online intermediary technology platform (the “Platform”) in connection with the Company’s proposed private placement offering (the “Offering”) of common or preferred stock (the “Securities”).
