Wright (“Executive”), Your Community Bankshares, Inc., an Indiana corporation (“Seller”), Your Community Bank (“Seller Sub”), Wesbanco, Inc., a West Virginia corporation (“Wesbanco”) and Wesbanco Bank, Inc.
