This CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT, dated February 24, 2016 (the “Agreement”), is entered into by and between Ceres, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Ceres”), and Land O’Lakes, Inc., a Minnesota cooperative corporation (“LOL”).
