THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 25th day of July, 2016, to be effective as of January 1, 2016 (the “Effective Date”) by and between PRIME MERIDIAN HOLDING COMPANY (the “Holding Company”), a Florida corporation, PRIME MERIDIAN BANK, a Florida bank (“PMB”) and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Holding Company, and SAMMIE D. DIXON, JR. (“Executive”). The Holding Company and PMB are collectively referred to herein as “the Bank.”
