Front Street, Harrisburg, PA 17110, Riverview Bank (the “Bank”), with offices at 200 Front Street, PO Box B, Marysville, Pennsylvania, 17053, and Scott A. Seasock, a Pennsylvania resident (hereinafter referred to as “Executive”).
